There aren't enough stars for Yvonne and her team. Her knowledge of market conditions and statistics is first rate. She is responsive to your calls, texts and emails and never is dismissive of any questions or problems that may arise. Combine her experience and advice with an engaging personality and you have the best agent you could want.

Yvonne Wolf just might be the best realtor in the greater Englewood area. I would go so far as to say she is likely the best in Southwestern Florida. She has detailed knowledge of the market, of the contract language in the offers and best of all, Yvonne has amazing people skills. My Rotonda house sold in less than 2 months, during a time when it was a Buyer's market and a difficult sellers market. Through Yvonne's communication with me and with our buyers, all encountered hurdles were overcome (there were a few on the part of both parties involved). I can't say enough good things about the work Yvonne put into the process.

I could write a book about Yvonne and her husband and business partner, Brian. I’ll dispense with unnecessary platitudes and hit some high points in my personal “Wolf Experience.” I live in Arizona and wanted to relocate to Florida. Someone who had worked with Yvonne referred me. It took three exploratory trips to Sarasota, and at least five days for me to find the house of my dreams. During my exploratory trips Yvonne and Brian educated me about the whole area and, in particular, the barrier islands. I found a great house but it went under contract before I could offer. No problem for the optimistic and resourceful Yvonne. She found an even better house in short order. While working with Yvonne during my lengthy search, she also provided valuable advice regarding the sale of my Arizona house. She was always responsive and endlessly patient with me. Brian has construction expertise and he took me on a personal tour of the house I ultimately offered. He made sure, even before the inspection process, there were no apparent issues that would discourage me from offering. Brian provides personal and professional balance for his dynamic wife. A great couple. They recommended an excellent inspector and provided advice on which items identified by the inspector should be addressed by the owner. They also recommended insurance agents and verified that all issues necessary for reduced premiums, such as wind mitigation, were documented. Yvonne and Brian are not pushy sales people. They are friends who want to make you happy. As one of many examples of their professional expertise, Yvonne picked the best offer document for me to complete. She took care of every detail in a professional manner that was fair not just to me as a buyer but also to the seller. She elevates people, making them feel better about themselves as well as the entire sales process. Even after the closing, they make themselves available to recommend local vendors for issues that inevitably come up. A true full-service real estate experience. I consider myself fortunate to have met this wonderful couple and highly recommend them to anyone, buyer or seller, in the Sarasota area.

Yvonne Wolf is superstar real estate professional. I live in Arizona but want to move to Florida. Although I have not yet sold my house in Arizona, Yvonne knows I am a serious buyer and want to move to the Sarasota area. I made two exploratory trips to Sarasota. Yvonne and her husband, Brian, thoroughly educated me on various areas that might be of interest. Based on this education and Yvonne’s tireless work to insure I am totally satisfied with my prospective purchase, I now know where I want to buy, and I even identified a specific house that, if it’s still on the market when I’m ready, I would offer. The “Wolf Experience” is not just a saying, it’s reality. Yvonne and Brian are a dynamic couple with diverse backgrounds that have amply prepared them for this career. Our experience with Yvonne Wolf has been excellent! We were referred to Yvonne thru Reece Nichols Real Estate in Kansas City a little over a year ago. At that time my husband and I were in the process of getting our home ready to put on the market and looking for a home in the Englewood, Florida area. In Oct 2020, I came down accompanied by my daughter and met with Yvonne. We talked about what my husband and I were looking for in a retirement home. As we searched for and viewed homes, Yvonne suggested we build in the SCG area and we met with a builder and viewed a model home. I instantly fell in love. As the process began of finding a great lot, she was experienced in helping us get the right one for us. Her recommendation for a builder was excellent! Yvonne, from the beginning, has been a joy to work with! She has a great attitude and I always looked forward to talking with her! She was great at communicating with us each step of the way. Always returned our phone calls promptly or resolved any questions or issues we may have had. We are currently living in Texas with our daughter and only make it down there every couple of months, so Yvonne has graciously made several trips to our build site to take pictures of the progress of our home and send them to us. Yvonne’s name is the only name we give to friends when they state they are looking for a home in Florida because we believe she is the best to work with! I cannot say enough great things about her as an agent or a person!

When we met Yvonne over a year ago, we thought we knew what type and price house we wanted. She helped us narrow down our search and with an eye on the local market (and some help from her "associate" and husband, Brian, she located our beach house, did a video walk through and started the purchase process while we were in Ohio! When we went down to physically see the house, she had an entire inspection team in place, all in one day and we ended that day owning a home oceanfront, in Florida, as we'd been dreaming and planning for, for several years. We joked along the way that she would get us in a house before this Christmas and the joke came true! After the sale, she provided information for every aspect of owning a home there, from utilities to house sitters to contractors. Thank you, thank you, Yvonne and Brian. I can't even begin to express my gratitude toward Yvonne and the work that she did to get our house sold. The process was impeccable and when it went to market everything was in place and showed to perfection. We listed on a Friday, had 3 asking price offers by Monday and it was closed 3 weeks later on a cash deal. She stayed in constant communication with us making sure we were doing the things we needed to do to keep the process rolling. She helped us with recommendations on contractors to complete the few items we needed to be done as part of the sale. She dealt with the seller's realtor by consistently being clear and concise with him, providing clear and pointed information specifically around the insurability of the home. Yvonne Wolf made our real estate purchase of the subject property truly the easiest transaction we have ever done in our lifetime! She is an amazing person. Her knowledge of the purchasing process and what to look for in a home was outstanding. Yvonne was able to direct us to great contacts for the inspection process and made sure that anything that was identified as an issue during the inspections were brought to the seller’s agents attention. Yvonne negotiated the costs to fix those issues with the seller’s agent and made sure we knew everything about the home we were buying. There were no surprises during the inspection process and this allowed us to stay within our budget!
