My situation was a bit unique in that we were relocating from overseas and After dealing with a somewhat shady realtor on another house that we barely got out of, I was in a panic. Angela swooped in and went way above and beyond in helping us out. There are too many things that she did to mention, but a few of the most amazing are as follows: *She and her family drove over two hours to look at the house in person to help us determine if it was a good idea to purchase, and then did the same again for our closing. *She was in constant contact with all of the people involved in the closing process; the bank, the closing company, the seller and even the tax office and whoever she needed to contact to get the information we needed. *Not only was she my realtor, but she became my friend. She was always available to me at all times of the day or night (Germany is six hours ahead in time) and was quick to answer my questions or find someone who had the answers if she didn’t know. Her referrals for things like a locksmith and alarm company were good, strong referrals and awesome people to do business with. I could go on, but I think you get the idea, but it goes without saying that she is true gem.

I would recommend Angela Lista to anyone looking to sell or purchased a new property. We were just walking buy the office "window shopping" on our way to the beach thinking that Siesta Key was not within our budget. Angela showed us listings that were in our price range and how we could turn our vacation home into a potential rental property. She helped us find and purchase our dream condo. Angela kept us informed throughout the process and even assisted with attending the inspection as we weren't able to attend. At the closing table she mentioned that she had 4 deals that she was working on and we had no idea as she made us feel like her only clients. It was the most pleasurable real estate transaction we have ever encountered.

If you want to work with an agent who will truly look out for your best interest, fight for you and treat you like family, Angela is the agent for you. Many times Angela pointed out drawbacks on potential properties that I initially overlooked when she could have easily stepped back to make the sale. She is passionate about finding the right property for her buyers and is patient, determined and willing to go beyond expectations to delivery. We recently bought a vacation home in Sarasota. Angela was our realtor. Angela went above and beyond to make sure things went very smoothly. Which they did. She helped in areas that were not her responsibility because she cares about her clients and wants to help. She made the process enjoyable. We not only found a excellent realtor, we truly feel we found a friend as well.

Angela Lista made our home buying experience one to remember as smooth and enjoyable. She listened to our needs and wishes. Angela was with us not only through the sale but after she followed up to be assured we were happy with the property and "is there anything else that you need me to follow up with". I cant begin to tell you what a stressful situation it is to buy a house from another state.Thank God I have angie on my team, she makes things happen like no other. I would highly recommend Angela Lista for any and all of your Real Estate needs in the Sarasota area. What started as a "let's just look", turned into a "let's buy" scenario quickly. Angela did a great job in pulling everything together quickly, and was so helpful in going out of her way to accommodate our every need, all while we were in Virginia during most of the buying process.
