Hannah was nice, well spoken but As a real estate agent you also have to disclose everything on a property you’re selling. Well being first time home buyers you would hope you could trust the real estate agent selling the house and that you’d be told everything, good and bad about the property. We will now know in the future Not to trust so easily, Hannah didn’t disclose everything about the house we bought, good and bad, and what it implicated, being a homeowner herself. Very disappointed. Won’t trust Michael Saunders company ever again.

Hannah Hillyard of Michael Saunders & Company sold our home in Holmes Beach quickly and efficiently. Hannah arranged an attractive video and wrote enticing verbiage for display on the internet. She created a colorful brochure and placed advertising for our home in prominent spots in our local newspaper. The phrase “show me the money” comes to mind… remember that movie with Tom Cruise as the football agent (chic-flick)? You have shown me the money!
