Jenifer understood very quickly what kind of place I needed. She knows her market and she is a skilled negotiator. She acted very fast when something that matched my needs came on the market. Always reachable when I had questions, she made the whole process stress-free. In the end, I got a very good deal and a wonderful place for may vacations. A few years have past and I still keep in touch with her, I recommended her to my friends and I'm going to trust her when the time comes for me to sell.

My instincts were good (for a change)! I really enjoyed talking to Jenifer from the beginning, so I decided to enlist her expertise as my listing agent. She is concise, smart, funny, very realistic, and passionate with a strong sense of urgency. She was the one who constantly lit fires, kept things moving, followed up, and cut through all the junk with her experience. I can’t say enough about Jenifer and it was always a pleasure to pick up the phone when she called, even in the midst of turmoil.

I had met Jen years ago when she showed me property on Longboat. She was personable, professional & knowledgeable. Best of all, she kept in touch after only one meeting in all these years. She was never pushy, but gave gentle reminders. Her timing and sensitivity are excellent. Jen dealt quickly with some difficult tasks with accuracy & professional advice. No matter what the hour or how busy she was, Jenifer always answered my calls and emails within minutes. She was far beyond my expectations.

Jenifer is a true professional and we have had the benefit of her expertise over many years. When we decided to change from a condo to a house, it took us a long time to find the right place, but Jenifer was very patient with us and never made us feel pressured. Last year Jenifer spent months with our youngest son, helping him find a house in Sarasota. Despite his limited resources, by current standards, she found a wonderful house for him. Jenifer is the best!

You can tell this to the world. Jenifer Schwell was outstanding! I had tried another agent before Jenifer. He was from another well known real estate firm and I was unhappy. When a friend recommended Jenifer, what a difference! She was outstanding in every respect-communication, hard worker, very knowledgeable, etc…

We listed our condominium at Sunset Beach with Jenifer and she sold it within 24 hours. When we listed our home in Queen’s Harbour with Jenifer she again sold it to the first buyer. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied clients of Jenifer Schwell. We say call Jenifer when you want to sell your property. No one does it better.
