I am a relatively new transplant to South West Florida from Las Vegas, via New Jersey. I am a modest real estate investor who served as President of a privately owned real estate investment firm in Las Vegas. I ran the day to day operations of that company for a little over ten years. The portfolio consisted of over 110 Single Family Rental Homes, 4 Commercial Buildings and an 82 unit Motel in downtown Las Vegas.But enough about me. "Jennifer Guzik was extremely professional in her dealings with us throughout the listing, sales and closing processes. J. spent time with us in our home providing good advice for making it the best it could possibly be before entering the market. She did a thorough market analysis of our property with comparables, and because of this we could agree on a good listing price. Communication is so very important and J. was always at the end of the phone or email when ever we needed her. She provided excellent feedback from all the viewings so we knew what was happening. When we had two offers she provided us with sensible advice and support in the negotiating to the final price. Jennifer made it simple by looking after all the necessary paperwork, viewings, inspections etc. It is a hard job at times advising home owners that their home needs improvement or providing less than positive feedback from viewers in a manner which keeps home owners from feeling aggrieved and Jennifer did this well.
