John was unbelievable in helping us achieve this purchase. We come from Massachusetts and had a very small viewing schedule and John set aside an entire day to not only bring us but drove us to many different properties that he and I narrowed down by emails and texts through pics and information. John actually had a property in mind for us that we did not choose during the email process, but John said that this property sounded like exactly what we were looking for but that the pics sent earlier didn't do the property justice. Boy was he right, we visited the sites my wife and I picked and he asked us to please give him a minute to show us what he thought fit our model. We not only loved it, we bought it. John made our process so much easier and kept our model in mind and I can't thank him enough. If he is representative of your staff then you have the best staff ever employed. I can't recommend Michael Saunders enough as the only Real Estate company that I would ever consider using.

John’s attentiveness to our account made us feel so comfortable with a process that we infrequently encounter. John skillfully guided us through the showing and multiple offers for our home. We had several offers in the first two days on the market and accepted a cash offer well above the asking price on the third day. The closing smoothly proceeded on time. What more could we ask?

I must say John Ludden is the best realtor (besides my wife) I have worked with. I have bought and sold more than 12 houses in my life and John is by far the most professional, honest and knowledgeable realtor I have dealt with. I recommend him for all your real estate needs.

John is an absolute gem of a realtor to work with!! His communication style is very calm and supportive and his follow-up is excellent. He is willing to take as much time as it takes to find the home of your dreams. He is an excellent advocate for the customer and is glad to offer advice to a level where he made us feel he really cared about us being happy with the choices we made. John is also very knowledge and involved with the Punta Gorda community so is an excellent resource regarding local history, events, restaurants and additional resources available close by. It was such a pleasure buying a house with John!

Lovely , JUST SMART This guy listens and figures it out ,We did not waste time looking because he read us right and we chose the perfect place with his guidance ! John was very understanding of our requirements and went out of his way to show us properties that might meet our needs.Once that goal was achieved he continued to assist us through the closing process and provided good contacts for us as newcomers to complete our other homeowner requirements.He has continued to maintain contact to offer any other assistance we might need as we transition from our current location to our new home.Our experience with your office and your agents has been very gratifying and warrants a strong recommendation for any referrals we can make
