$1 Million dollar house listed, acceptable offer in about 4 months from a cash buyer and closure with no real issues. This was all accomplished by a consummate professional; Kiley Riccardi. From start to stop Mrs. Riccardi provided sound advice, kept us informed and diligently steered the process. We could not have asked for a better real estate sales person!

Kiley was an exceptional agent throughout the purchase process. From our first contact thru the closing, Kiley was always prompt, courteous, insightful and honest. She had outstanding knowledge of the communities we were interested in and provided open and honest feedback and direction. Kiley was an awesome realtor She listened to our needs and wants. She had great advice and was very easy to reach when we had questions.
