Lori Bollinger had the instinctive knowledge of the real estate in this area because of her long-standing residence in Lakewood Ranch. Realistic pricing structure along with her methodical approach to the timing of listing the property was key in our decision to work with her. One of the traits we liked the most was how calm Lori was from start to finish. Her diligence in every detail was noticed and appreciated.
