If they did not know the answer Marcia would get on her cell phone and find out immediately. Marcia was always available and handled every detail. Marcia Cullinan went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase went smoothly. When my flight was delayed for two hours on the Friday I flew in to look at homes, she rescheduled all the planned showings for Saturday morning. Despite working with a realtor for the sellers who were less than responsive, Marcia ensured that communication and negotiation were handled promptly and professionally. When I had difficulty obtaining homeowner's insurance for a reasonable price, Marcia helped find an agent who could provide a policy that is affordable and meets my needs. These are just a few examples of the kind of service and assistance Marcia provided during the purchase of my home. I'm very thankful to have had her support and would enthusiastically recommend her to others.

Marcia was great. She was always available and returned all messages asap. We had 3 kids under 2 years old and she would watch the kids allowing us to look at the homes. Helped us and had our back during negotiations. We would use only her in the future if need a Realtor. She was great.

Marcia is a great realtor, she will take her time with you and actually find what your looking for! She did a fantastic job staying within our budget and her knowledge of the market is truly amazing. I would recommend her to anyone wether buying your home or listing one. She is very friendly and made the entire process seamless from day 1 of locating properties to the final day of closing! One of the best realtors in Florida, we will use her again!"

I give Marcia Cullinan 5 stars. Selling and buying a new home as well as moving day are stressful enough, but Maricia made it so much easier and less stressful for me than any other realtor with whom I have worked. She knew the right time to sell my home and when it came to purchasing another home, she knew exactly what i was looking for, the price range and showed me EXACTLY what I wanted. She did not waste my time, she listened to me, encouraged me, assisted me with the finances, decorating, obtaining the much needed working crew to help at the new house and gave me the encouragement to not give up when I became overwhelmed with the entire moving experience. I especially consider her a friend who not only acted in the most professional way when the situation seemed a "dead end" but I am thankful that as a realtor, she listened and understood what I could afford and was honest enough to tell me "no, you can't afford that." She was right! I highly recommend Team Cullinan, Marcia and Michael to anyone who is in search of a team who will make your home selling, buying and moving an experience for which you will be eternally grateful!

She spent extra time with us and was very helpful as our home buying requirements changed. She went to bat for us when dealing with builders and sellers representatives. She has an extensive background in banking and finance which was very beneficial when working through mortgage and closing cost information. I was looking for a home in Port Charlotte. As a buyer, working with Marcia was absolutely a positive experience. She knows the town and people, and she is a pleasant person to work with.
