Margaret was prompt, pleasant and well versed in market opportunities and the history of our unit. Even though we were planning to list the unit in the future (i.e no present seller/realtor agreement), she spent considerable time in addressing our questions and concerns. When we proceed with the sale, Margaret will be our agent as we are comfortable in relying on her advice.

Margaret is amazing, both as a person and as an agent. My wife and I called several agents in the area and Margaret was the first to get back to us. She listened, understood our needs, and set up a very efficient day of looking that made the flight across the country well worth it. Due to pricing, we were discouraged but Margaret kept our spirits high and found us at a few homes that excited us. Margaret never pressured us to move on a home even with potential competing offers coming in and kept us optimistic that with patience we would find what we were looking for. She worked very hard, always returned calls quickly and gave us all the time needed providing insights and wisdom beyond her years. She truly cares and quickly learned our needs well enough to provide reassurance about fit and value when we found the winner. Time and again she steered us away from some more expensive properties and toward homes with better value - impressive integrity. We are lucky to have met her - an awesome person!

My experience with Margaret Kennedy was exceptional. She was everything one wants a realtor to be. We had several contracts on the same house and just when I thought all was lost, Margaret called with another deal. In the long run things worked out for me to purchase a house. She was never pushy, always patient, allowed me to process the situation and make a decision based on my own findings. She guided me along the entire process and helped with everything from A to Z. She still answers questions 14 mos later. She also gave me wonderful contacts for workers, hairdressers, church, shopping, etc. If Margaret didn't know the answer to a question she didn't stop until she found out. A most pleasant experience in a most difficult time in my life. Thank you Margaret.
