We wanted to share with you our experience recently with Maureen Horn and selling our condo on Longboat Key. Not only did Maureen list our condo but helped us in locating a home in University Park Club we now call home. Maureen helped us 5 years ago find the condo on LBK and, when we decided it was time for a single home, there was no doubt who we were going to call to list out condo and help us find the home we now had in mind. Maureen is so knowledgeable of the islands and Manatee/Sarasota Counties as well. She is professional, knows the real estate business and the “real” price points for the areas. Almost everyone thinks their home is the best one but Maureen comes prepared with the facts and figures of what homes/condos have sold for in your area. She is very considerate of your time. If we called and left a message she would always return our call within a reasonable amount of time. Never left us hanging. Maureen always made time for us - if we saw a home in the paper we wanted to see Maureen would arrange for that to happen and, arrange her schedule to be there with us. We have recommended Maureen Horn and Michael Saunders & Company to all of our neighbors/friends in the area.
