Just to say that we met Richard Hearn in 2015 and would not have considered working with anyone else when we learned another unit was for sale in our building, 100 Central Avenue. ( We didn't buy through Richard in 2015 because the unit we wanted never went on the market but was handled through an auction). a401 was listed through Bibi Ann Allard, also with your company, and she graciously worked with Richard. I'll add that both are fine people, very professional, although we almost drowned in paperwork! The transaction was seamless. What is better than that? Richard is the quintessential professional regarding real estate sales in the Florida area. We have both purchased and sold a home with his professional assistance. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. When we last sold our home, we were in NC and Richard handled everything. We met Richard, who had worked with friends, in 2015 when we first visited Florida. He very patiently showed us all around Sarasota, focusing on what we had indicated we wanted...but when we bought it was a property sold by the owner through private auction. However, in 2020 when we decided to buy another apartment listed in our building we called Richard. He is thoroughly professional, always pleasant, the person you trust and want to do business with, even when you are the buyer and he represents the seller.

We started working with Richard in February 2020. We were moving from Massachusetts to Sarasota. Richard answered every question we had no matter how big or small. If he didn't know an answer he found out and got right back to us. He drove us around for days while we were looking for a home. He familiarized us with the Sarasota area. Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Besides being eloquently British, Richard is wonderful resource for finding the right home. He was available almost 24/7 for questions and had his team working hard to help us make the right decisions. He seems to have many, many contacts in the Sarasota area and is a wonderful resource to have.
