Sandi, I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent service you provided Annie and me when we purchased our condominium in Longboat Key, Florida. You, and Mike Nink were a great team for us. You took the lead and were always extremely responsive and helpful. After our first conversation you immediately knew the type of property we were looking for, and did not waste our time sending us irrelevant properties that were priced above what we wanted to spend. When we came down to visit Longboat Key and look at properties, you both joined us when we looked at properties, and your knowledge of the condition of the properties, and what might be a problem and what would be easily fixable was invaluable to us. You were also was able to negotiate for us the price we were willing to pay. Also, Mike’s assistance on helping us understand the overall housing market in Longboat Key and running down loose ends for us such as copies of the deed that went into the sellers was very helpful. Once we signed a contract Wednesday evening, you were able to set up a home inspection with a great inspector the very next morning at 8 o’clock, so that we were able to get that out-of-the-way before we had to leave for the airport that afternoon. Your referral to the closing attorney was also an excellent referral; that attorney did a great job for us. Overall, your team was extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the local market, and was just what we needed. We ended up with a property that we love in Longboat Key.

My wife and I worked with Sandi Layfield & Mike and they made our first home purchase a breeze. Their combined knowledge of the Sarasota area is excellent. Their response to every single one of our needs was met. We told them what we were looking for and they delivered. From negotiating/inspection/close they were two steps ahead of the game. Sandi and Mike are very responsive and very professional. Time is value and they recognize that. I purchased property on Longboat Key with Mike as agent for the seller in the late 80's. Over these many years when I have had a question or issue about Longboat Key and/or my property, Mike has always been very responsive and helpful. I have owned seven homes/properties in five states in the US, and Mike Nink has been the most outstanding and dependable agent that I have worked with.

Sandi and Mike are excellent people more than realtor's.They helped us so much from the start up to finalizing the sale.They said take it easy we will look after every thing you relax and that is what they did.From day one they took full charge and myself and my wife just relaxed.Within a week from listing they called and informed us of an offer and just like that the sale went thorough and we are closing the deal on 22nd Oct.Very efficient and knowledgeable realtor's.We will not hesitate to recommend them to any one who want to sell their home. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making the sale of my mother's condo such a seamless transition. There were a few tears here but I could not have asked for a better, kinder team in which to let go of a piece of the former life I had with my mom in Sarasota. I cannot imagine it could have gone more smoothly nor had more efficient agents looking out for me; to the degree that you even returned the cable boxes. Thank you again.

Given it was a short sale and took 8 months to close, both of us were very pleased with the responsiveness shown by your team of realtors. We feel that they complement each other very well in background and personality. They were concerned about us and kept a sense of humor as well when the short sale process became bogged down. We certainly will refer others to them, should the opportunity arise
