Susan gets an Excellent from my perspective. I live in Canada and for the most part was home while she was working for me. There were often times she sent me a text to say something regarding comments on a showing. I can recall that someone noticed a "closed in" odour. It is hard for me to do something, well Susan got an automatic air freshener and took care of that. There were not any comments like that afterwards. Thank you Susan! Also, when it came time to pack up Susan offered help with finding assistance for me a single lady from another Country. I truly appreciated her help. It eased my mind on so many levels. From our very first contact with her all the way through the closing on the purchase of our condo on Siesta Key this month, Susan has been the epitome of the kind of congenial, knowledgeable real estate agent everyone hopes they can find. As we’d never purchased property in Florida, we had many questions about the process. Susan had clear, in-depth answers to every one of them. And she often went beyond our concerns, suggesting that we think about certain issues that hadn’t occurred to us. Susan always made time for us in her schedule and responded quickly. Whether it was taking us to view a listing, answering an email, taking a phone call, or visiting the property when we couldn’t, we could always count on Susan to be there for us. We’ve dealt with a number of real estate agents over time, but we have never worked with one as conscientious as Susan. We applaud her fine work and will not hesitate to recommend her to others.

You have an outstanding woman working for you - her name is Susan Keal. She is not only knowledgeable but is genuinely a caring soul and has a gentle spirit. She listened to our wants and needs and put us on track and found our dream home. We are loving our home and I give her name to all of our friends and anyone I meet that says they are even remotely thinking about moving to this area. Susan was my first 'friend' in Sarasota and I'm proud to still call her that today!
