Stacy is the best at all elements of sales that I have ever been privileged to see in action. She knows how to qualify her potential buyer as to what will fill their needs and wants and then select product, present product and help with the decision-making process. She knows how to close a deal, negotiate a deal, save a deal after it starts to slide south. Her sales knowledge is a deep routed ability that would allow her to sell anything anywhere. That would include ice to Eskimos in an igloo.

My husband and I recently purchased and sold a home with the help of Stacy Haas. I wanted to let you know that we had a great experience with both transactions. Stacy was very professional, and I was impressed with her negotiation skills. Stacy only showed us homes that met our requirements, she did waste our time and did not rush us into a home that was not right for us. I felt that she was honest and helpful in comparing the homes we viewed during our search. She was also quick to give us tips on getting our existing home ready to put on the market. Our home sold quickly and both closings went smoothly. We thank Stacy for her assistance and plan to call on her again should we need a realtor in the future.

We have had three transactions with Michael Saunders & Company in the last 12 months. It has been the pleasure of a lifetime to meet a salesperson with the natural talent for sales and the "Art of the Deal" the way Stacy Haas has. For a long time, I thought I was the best salesperson I ever met. Then my wife and I met Stacy and I knew immediately that I had met my match and then some. My husband and I were talking about our move this morning. I asked him if we would use the same realtors again. The answer was yes--we both agreed that the partners of Stacy Haas, Gloria Bracciano and their team did everything possible to bring us a buyer. Moreover, once we moved into the pending phase, Gloria took care of scheduling all the inspections and repairs required. Closing Day was stressful, and both Gloria and Stacy worked into the night to finish the job. This house sold while others on the street were languishing, and we give The Luxury Living Group the credit. Please pass our gratitude on to them.

Working with Stacy to sell our home was a smooth and worry-free experience. She was top notch in her knowledge, expertise and professionalism and we were confident with her advice. Stacy is very organized and uses her time well. She helped us purchase a winter residence in Florida. We started the process about a year before we actually purchased, and Stacy worked well with us over that period. Stacy has a strong personality and I think her greatest attribute comes through in the negotiation phase as she will work hard to make the deal happen for her client.

I have had the opportunity to work with more than a few real estate professionals in the past ten years and Stacy is by far the best of the bunch. When you enlist her to be your agent, not only are you getting the best agent you can, you also get the relationships she has built throughout the community to help you accomplish your goals. The people she knows in our community proved to be an amazing advantage to us as we sold our home. Don't look anywhere else, she is the best in the business.
