As most sellers in my head, I overvalued my property. Stacy was patient, listened yet was firm about the comps She provided. Her willingness to work through our value differences yet keeping me grounded to the market proved to be head-on. My own stubbornness accounted for two extra months on the market. In the end, the comps don’t lie. Stacy was able to navigate both sides of my deal and bring me in at her original recommended asking price. As my wife says, there are professionals in this world for a reason! I feel we made a great choice in our sale because most realtors would rollover just for a listing. I always respect someone who is willing to stand up and stay true to not their knowledge of their profession. Thanks again to my now friend Stacy.

I enjoyed working with Stacy, acting as our agent as we sold our house. She clearly has enormous experience as a realtor, which is comforting in itself. She knows what needs to be done to sell homes, but also understands that life (e.g. living with kids) doesn't always make the ideal feasible, and so makes suggestions about how best to move forward. What I liked most though was Stacy is direct and straightforward. There is no "what is she really saying?". We had a complex sale for a variety of reasons, and at each twist and turn Stacy would run through what our options are, what her advice is, and then leave us to make the decision. Stacy was very responsive to texts and emails, which was also appreciated.
