Amy is definitely 5 stars! We selected Amy based on her knowledge of the area and are very glad we chose her. We weren't in Sarasota for the initial part of the sales process, but Amy gladly took on some of the tasks to prepare our condo for sale. She was extremely knowledgeable of real estate in the Meadows and guided us through the process. Amy reached out to numerous realtors to get multiple folks looking at our condo and we received two full price offers the first day the condo was listed. We have already recommended Amy to several other folks and would definitely use her again.

Amy was simply a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt, pleasant, and very professional. I had to make an offer from out of town in the evening, and she facilitated that as well as every other part of the process from start to finish. It was clear to me throughout that she was my advocate through and through. Highly recommended!!!

Our experience with Amy Chapman is much more than excellent. During the process of renting or selling our property we did not have any stressful situation. She took care of all the procedures and handled everything very professionally. We really could lean back and have full trust in her abilities to rent our property or even sell it at a later point in time. I would always choose her as my realtor for later rentals or sales on other properties.

We found Amy to be friendly, polite and extremely professional. I have to say that having Amy as our realtor was the best experience I personally have ever had when dealing with realtors either buying or selling my homes. The marketing she did was exceptional as we had a cash contract on our house in 4 days...you really cannot ask for better than that. She continued the process with us through closing and even afterwards always exhibiting professional conduct and EXTREME patience. We respect Amy enough as a realtor to refer our friends to her. It was a very good experience!

My Wife and I have been looking at purchasing a home for years. We attempted to work with a few different real estate agents to no avail. In retrospect, we learned how important it is to have a great team to work with you though the entire process. Amy was definitely the quarterback to our great team. She took the time to listen to our needs and guide us though our first home purchase. Her experience, perspective and professionalism were exemplary! My fiance and I purchased 2 investment units 6 months a part from each other in Sarasota with a help of Amy. She didn't came through a recommendation , we found her on Zillow and took a chance to work with her. From day 1, she came across very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We were most impressed with her lightning fast response and follow through. I can't say enough great things about her. She is a person whom will go above and beyond. Amy was wonderful. She kept me updated on everything that was going on, she responded immediately when I had questions, she stayed on top of the interested parties and was calm but firm when we ran into an issue with my homeowners' association unfairly holding up the sale of my home. My house was on the market for only 11 days. The first offer we received we countered back and forth for a couple of days until we came to an agreeable price and Amy was concerned based on their pre-approval letter that they would not be approved for the amount we agreed on. She reached out to the buyers' lender and found out in fact that they would not. She immediately let me know and we countered another offer we had received and sold the house. Closing was in 30 days and my association needed to have an application, background check and “interview” done before we could close. Their realtor sent over the paperwork but the management company never got the check. Everything came to a halt 4 days before closing and Amy partnered with the buyers' realtor and the title company to try to get everything done by the closing date. Amy continued to follow up with the Title company for almost a week until closing was finally approved. It could have been an incredibly stressful situation for all of us (and was) but she handled it all with grace and calm. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy for anyone looking to buy or sell. She clearly knows the industry and stayed ahead of things at all times.
