I am writing this note to let you know how wonderful Genny is and was during the preparation and sale of my home. I am a first time home seller and was at my wits end most of the time. Genny kept my calm, reassured me, answered all my questions and phoned me immediately, with a smile in her voice, if I had to leave a message. I just don't know what I'd do if it wasn't for Genny. I praise God for her and look forward to a lasting friendship.

I had the pleasure of working with Genny during the buying process of my home. After being given the green light to select a property, Genny was there to assist. Genny really came through when the lender kept asking for additional documents. Genny has a calm, encouraging and helpful spirit. There were times when I was willing to throw the towel in, but with her expertise and her knowledge on the financial side Genny encouraged me to stay the course.
