Marcia brings great energy and knowledge of the local marketplace to the search. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and her efficient and well organized manner allowed me to see a tremendous amount of properties in the limited time I had in the area. If you are looking for someone with experience and knowledge, Marcia is the person. Marcia was able to guide us with information on comparative properties of similar size and even plots smaller than ours. She even went a step further to have a builder review the property before we made our offer, making sure we got the right plot for our future building needs. She provided us with options for financing, plot surveyors, and even Title closers. The experience dealing with this professional was like a one-stop shop!

Marcia was very professional, she kept close tabs on lender, inspectors etc. Buying out of state was not an issue as Marcia responded promptly to any concerns or questions via email, text, or phone. When showing properties she was well prepared and efficient so that no time was wasted. Working with Marcia was a pleasant experience!
