Noel was attentive and responsive throughout the whole process and helped us get to closing in 30 days even with financing. She was a great negotiator and helped us save on the list price of the house. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes and we both agree that this sale was the easiest and lowest stress one we have ever had. A lot of that is due to Noel. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Manatee or Sarasota. We were also very pleased with the closing services provided by MSC Title.
