Richard did a fine job as the transaction broker on our recent purchase in Lakewood Ranch. He was on top of getting the deal done listening and even pulling the Broker to work some magic. Toward closing, he was always advising next steps and on actions required. He knows the area and introduced us to many amenities of LWR and the University Park communities while assisting in finding the right house for us. He does not get discouraged with our indepth questions and even finds the next answer.

Richard Hearn provided us with excellent, efficient and considered service during the process that resulted in the sale of our home in a very short time. We should also point out that not only did he handled the administrative and sales processes seamlessly, but he also took care of a minor maintenance item himself to ensure that the house showed at its best! My wife and visited Lakewood Ranch a few months ago with the intention of exploring the area as a possible retirement location. We visited multiple homes set up for our visit by Richard. We were there only three days but to our own surprise we decided to make an offer on a house and ended up buying it. Richard had a good deal to do with our decision. He is a very professional but at the same time very sincere and human as a real estate pro. He was extremely helpful in all aspects during our house search and continues to be more than helpful well after the transaction was completed. We now regard him more as a friend than as our agent. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to all potential house-hunters in the area.

We had an outstanding experience in dealing with Richard. He was very aware of the type of home that we were looking for and ensured that the houses we looked at fit our criteria. In other words, no wasted time. He is also very patient and encouraged us to take our time. He invested more than a fair share of time to us in showing us around the Sarasota area and getting us comfortable in contemplating our move from Connecticut. Richard will go out of his way to research various properties and will present to you both the pros and cons and will offer you an unbiased view. Since we were purchasing this property remotely, Richard was very helpful visiting all possible options on our behalf, researching the properties and keeping us informed of what he was finding. Richard knows the real estate business very well and he has access to a tremendous team of real estate professionals all the way from finding properties, to financing to title search and property closing.
