Sean helped us to buy the home of our dreams, never loosing sight of what we wanted and always keeping our interest as his focus. I feel very fortunate because I couldn’t have chosen a better realtor than Sean Clark. Sean is very professional, smart, accommodating and handled my condo sale with expert advice. He was readily available if I had any questions or second thoughts. In the unusual times of coronavirus, I was locked into my new facility for health precaution. As a result Sean worked double duty in my stead : interviewing air conditioner vendors getting potential invoices and when I chose which one Sean was there for the instillation. The same on-site help for moving some of my furniture to concession. I can’t even remember how many times he gracefully and willingly handled the errands that I would normally be expected to take care of. Sean’s advice on pricing the condo and getting it ready for showing, including overseeing painting the walls a more neutral color, was right on. The result, during a period of low condo sales, was that I did get the price I had hoped to get. Sean repeatedly drove to my facility to get signatures , keys, and closing documents. Hello MSC Team,I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. I wanted to reach out to the whole team and say thank you. MSC made the process of purchasing a home stress-free, even during the pandemic. Since the purchase of this home on April 30th, 2020, over 350 nights of homelessness have been removed. That means 6 lives have been transformed. Additionally, we were elated to hear of the $1,000 MSC grant being awarded to Second Heart Homes. This is nothing short of amazing and couldn't have happened at a better time. Thank you everyone for your hard work. I have known Sean for more than two years, and I can tell you that I definitely would Use him when looking to sell ,or buy a home. He is honest,smart, punctual ,and an all around good person. Can’t say this about many realtors.
