We are writing to inform you how much we appreciated having Amy Chapman serve as our realtor. We feel as if we couldn’t have found a better person to represent us in our search for our permanent Florida home. She really kept on top of things and whenever a problem arose she took charge and got it resolved quickly. Near the end of the process, we were on our way from Illinois with our belongings and hadn’t yet closed on the home and Amy made sure we closed on the anticipated date even though the loan company kept throwing us curveballs. My wife and I purchased a home in Bradenton, FL. We now have a lovely second home in the community of River Strand and I could not have navigated my way through a remote out of state purchase without Amy's tremendous patience and professionalism. I am 58 years old and can honestly say my experience with Amy was as impressive as it gets. To start with her communication back and forth with me was almost instantaneous and always positive, respectful and welcoming. A true "Southern Bell"! No waiting for days for a call back, no pressure sales techniques either. Amy just answered my questions honestly and quickly obtained the answers to questions she did not know. When I asked her for recommendations for other professionals such as Title Company, Insurance, Inspectors etc. they were spot on professional and just as responsive. Amy Chapman is by far the most professional Real Estate person I have ever met. She is wellEducated in the field and has a great understanding of what people are looking for and what to present. She was a perfect match for me. Amy worked hard on listing the property, seeing me through the inspection process and marketing my condo. Amy had it sold within four months.
