Elizabeth is everything you could possibly want in a Realtor. She is very, very smart and has a range of knowledge that would qualify her as an expert botanist and landscaper, an expert in housing history and the history of Sarasota, very well versed in fine and performing arts, very knowledgeable about finances and financing, and incredibly well informed about the residential housing market in Sarasota. In addition to that she is an excellent listener and totally engaged with her clients. She is highly organized, efficient and completely committed to understanding and providing what her clients want. On top of it all she is straightforward, honest, and direct. We would recommend Elizabeth most highly and without the slightest reservation. Maybe we need to modify what we said when we said Elizabeth is everything you could possibly want in a realtor. Elizabeth did a fantastic job of helping us sell our condo in Sarasota. She really helped us hone in on the appropriate asking price, which was challenging, because there was a wide range of recent sale prices in our condo complex. She was also critically important in advising us on staging and the all important photos of the staged unit. She even lent us some of her artwork (excellent artist too!) to help stage the place. We got 98% of asking price and closed in less than a month in an all-cash deal.

As a Boston native seeking a retirement home for my parents (ages 83 and 81), we went down to Sarasota and met Elizabeth through a referral of First American Title Insurance Company. From our first meeting at our hotel, her commitment to excellence was immediately present as she so thoughtfully pulled together a complete binder filled with all the items for our long weekend adventure of house hunting. Included were individual maps of the three municipalities we were looking to explore which she showed us so that we had a bearing regarding proximity to beaches, downtown centers and the airport. In addition, she printed out and organized with tabs 15+ properties with color photos of the units with the accompanying details. To top it off, included in the binder was a handbook she personally compiled into a yellow booklet called "The Best of Sarasota" which was stocked full of restaurants by genre, arts & museums, popular cafes, bookstores, entertainment and more. Elizabeth was extremely attentive to my parents and a personal concierge for us during our long 5 day weekend trip. She drove us through neighborhoods and scenic areas of interest for us to educate ourselves on the activities and culture of Sarasota. She was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I am happy to report we found a beautiful three bedroom home in the time we spent with Elizabeth in a complex with amenities including an Olympic size pool and club house which houses a library, exercise room, movie room and banquet facilities. We are thrilled with our purchase and look forward to having a second home in Bradenton. Due to the fact we live in Boston, Elizabeth was present at the inspection as well as available for service personnel to provide quotes on utility repairs during the negotiation process. Thank you for all you have done! Elizabeth went above beyond our expectations in making this process a wonderful experience for us. We are excited to begin a new chapter in our lives in Florida.

We met Elizabeth through e-mails in our quest for information on real estate in the Sarasota area. She worked with us closely on trying to find a house long distance. When we did come down to Florida she had a prepared plan for seeing the houses, snacks and water in her car for us, and a personalized notebook containing area information and the house listings. We were lucky and found a house to buy that weekend. Elizabeth helped us work on all the details in finding a house and on the closing. Elizabeth is very friendly, knowlable, and helpful. We are glad that we found her!

Elizabeth was recommended to me this past fall as I wanted to relocate to Sarasota, and I was just thrilled to meet her and work with her. We are fortunate to have worked with Elizabeth on the purchase of our new beach house.
