I wrote a long testimonial about Kathy, yes more than 5 stars for her. I want to add to the Broker of this firm, Kathy represents your firm beyond perfection, she should be rewarded big time. She was on vacation and still kept me up dated with selling my home on her vacation day. She is beyond dedicated. Kathy listens, shares what is important and why to her client. Thank you Kathy! Kathy is the best of the best. A long story but buying or selling a home is one of the most important investments we make, well worth your time to read this testimony from me and why I would want the best realtor and Kathy would be the person. Kathy sold my home for me. Here is my story and she rates an A+ with me. Here is why. First I am older and live in California. I have been around the block in selling a home buying a home. I know realtors, hard to find a realtor like Kathy. First my mother passed, I had moved my mother to California renting her home out, sad to say bad tenant to clean up from. Then a few months later my son was killed. I was a mess on overload. Hired Kathy to sell mom's home. Figured another stress time adding to my life. The opposite with Kathy. I was so blessed. She was profession, respectful of my situation, yes business but added such care, honesty and treated me as though I was a family member. The best part she suggested getting an inspector in checking out the home. Hired the best contractor to do all the repairs. We had offers but had issues with final inspections. This way I knew the problems, had them all fixed. She called, texted me constantly with up dates. She suggested things to help me in selling the home but always honest for me and prospective buyer. We finally get an offer the buyer's realtor was awful. Didn't meet deadlines, lagged on everything but yet Kathy basically did that realtors work and her own for me. Kept me grounded, I was ready to walk away from offer so fed up with the buyers realtor but Kathy kept us all grounded, I don't think buyer knew how much their relator was not doing. Almost loosing in getting this home. Kathy took calls from buyer's realtor late into the night trying to meet late deadlines that the other realtor was creating. Kathy should have received the other realtors commission too. The house closed thanks to Kathy. She was on top of contracts, deadlines went way beyond her responsibilities. Explained everything to me. Kathy makes it more than business she makes it personal. Believe me, either selling or buying a house there are only a few realtors like Kathy. Time is money with realtors but Kathy never looked at time, she takes care of her clients again like you are her family.

Kathy sold our house in Woodland Park in a DAY! At the highest price record per square foot! Her knowledge of the market is top notch. Not only is she a star real estate agent she is a great friend and golfer. Her expertise is above all the rest! Happy to have Kathy as our favorite broker.
