Every once in awhile you get lucky in life. For us, it was the day we were introduced to Kevin Mackin by way of fellow agent, Michael Hollenbeck. You see, Michael knew we were sold on a nearby, mainland property in Grove City and stood to earn a sizable commission. But Michael sensed we wanted more: privacy, beach, adventure and old Florida feel. So Michael handed the baton to Kevin and off we were aboard "The Little House on the Ferry". Like Michael, Kevin stood out above other realtors we me along the way, and knew immediately a sense of trust. Kevin had great insight into what we were looking for and went to extraordinary measures to find us our perfect little piece of paradise. Finding the perfect home in Florida can be tricky...finding the perfect home on a private island: even trickier! But thanks to Kevin, we are living our fantasy...a new lifestyle we did not know even existed. We pinch ourselves everyday to just to make sure it is real. Living on a private island has it's challenges. When Kevin told us his job starts after the sale...he meant it...always just a phone call away. Yes, it is true. We've known Kevin for many years but never needed him as an agent until recently. We couldn't have been more pleased. He went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant for the other agent and her client which helped sell the property. He also helped us immensely as we were selling from a distance and couldn't do many of the small things needed to empty a townhouse after 19 years. I can't think of a thing he could have done differently to make the transaction go more smoothly. We are extremely grateful to him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kevin is fabulous - so welcoming, warm and friendly, patient and understanding. Purchasing a home on Don Pedro/Palm Island was a big decision. However, Kevin's wealth of knowledge regarding all aspects of Palm Island/Don Pedro made that decision much easier. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time and making many cherished family memories on the Island.

Kevin Mackin worked tirelessly during the whole selling process. No matter what the challenges were, Kevin never gave up. Many times we were tempted to give up and walk away, but he always worked through the issues and kept us on track. Kevin's professionalism and people skills are well known on Palm Island - he is often teased by residents who love to claim that he's the unofficial "mayor" of the community! Kevin truly goes beyond the call of duty and always gives 200% no matter what! We were thrilled to get our house sold.
