We visited Boca Grande, found the property we wanted, and negotiated its purchase within a week. Total time from visit to close was 7 weeks – a very tight schedule. All inspections, appraisals and other essential activities were coordinated through Carol, as we live out of state. The experience could not have been better. Carol was a pleasure to work with and the consummate professional. Well done!

Carol Stewart and her associate Nancy, as well Kevin Roy, were real champs. Carol especially was outstanding: she anticipated various problematic issues, gave excellent advice on how to handle unforeseen problems, and was always available, willing to do whatever was necessary to get things done- and all the while remained cheerful. Her leadership in the Boca Grande office obviously resulted in similar attitudes and performance from her staff.
