Jo-Anne was generous with her time and energy and patient as we looked at property three separate times before purchasing a property on October 10th. Jo-Anne was always professional in all matters including code of ethics, dress, driving and phone etiquette. She remained pleasant through even trying moments. Little things mean a lot like bringing water for us in the car or coffee and a little treat in the office after a long day of property searching. She gave good background facts that enabled us to make good decisions. She has that certain charm and good humor we sometimes find lacking. After an unsatisfactory experience listing our house with another company, we terminated the contract and listed our house with Jo-Anne Sckowska. Almost immediately things began to happen, there were frequent showings followed by updates and although the sale was complicated by our having tenants in the house, Ms Sckowska handled the situation in the most professional manner at all times. I would highly recommend her services to anyone serious about selling their property. She is the most professional sales agent I have had the pleasure to deal with.

JoAnne Sckowska and Nell Taylor took a great deal of time with us and explained the area and printed us many condos to consider. JoAnne’s knowledge of the area, the market and the over all real estate purchase was excellent! She was extraordinary at keeping in contact with us.
