We purchased a home at 1120 Lord St in Englewood. Ron Paul enthusiastically showed us the home and gave us good ideas on how to improve the kitchen and flooring. The closing was a good experience. I look forward to enjoying out Florida home during the winter months.

In representing us, Ron was always immediately responsive to our emails, phone calls, and other inquiries - it did not matter if it was a weekday or weekend, his response time was exceptional. In addition, prior to listing our home, we needed some important repairs - Ron was able to provide multiple suggestions for reputable contractors who performed each of the services we needed, allowing us as homeowners to put these projects out to bid and to do so knowing that the lowest bidder was still someone we could trust to do the job right. This was a very important part of the process for us. Finally, as a resident of Englewood and in particular, Bay Vista, Ron knows firsthand of the many positive attributes associated with living in this city and our deed-restricted community. It is certainly easier for people to sell a home in Bay Vista when the realtor representing them just so happens to have chosen that very community for his place to live.
