She went above and beyond with regards to communication, marketing, and showing the property. Our home was empty at time of showing as I had relocated to another state. Sandi visited the property before/during each showing and ensured lights were turned on, counters and floors were wiped down, candles were lit, and buyers were provided additional information as needed. She also provided feedback as far as lawn and home maintenance needs while I was away. Sandi, You took so much time and were so patient each time we looked at houses together. You were determined to get me in a place where I felt comfortable no matter if it was a rental or house for buy I wanted to look at. You were so instrumental on getting the right houses in the right location within my price range every time.
