Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
If you are looking for an honest, well-organized, professional real estate agent, I highly recommend Irene Slattery. My wife Maura and I meet Irene in Englewood FL to start our next journey in life, looking for our retirement home. The plan from the start was to do some recon, and in one or two years, we would purchase something...well, that ended after 48 working with Irene. We found the home we love and an additional lot for a future build. It was and still is a pleasure to work with Irene. We have been in contact several times since the closing on our properties, and Irene has always been there to assist in solving problems or giving advice. Thank you, John & Maura

Thank God for Irene. She is not only friendly and warm but very knowledgeable, professional and honest too. It was not easy to purchase a house these days especially being first time homebuyers and with the bidding and prices getting crazier each moment that we thought we will not be able to find a house. She has guided us, made sure we understand every details of the contract and answered our questions. She has been with us in our journey beyond the closing deal --months beyond, that when we met some issues with our septic tank multiple times, she contacted the seller and assisted in finding solutions. She also gave us information who to contact in making sure the house is kept at its best and made sure we have all the warranty we needed to cover. We thought we know just fine but with Irene and Maureen we get to learn more, so much more. We are grateful that we crossed paths with Irene. We most especially thank God for her.

When I made the difficult decision that the time had come to sell the lovely beachfront home my husband and I had lived in and enjoyed for more than 30 years, Irene was a perfect choice. I had met her sometime before and knew that she was honest, knowledgeable and diplomatic, all traits I was looking for in a Realtor. We had a rapport from the outset, that instilled the confidence I needed to move ahead, and Irene was by my side every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions, patient and supportive. During the process, Irene became more than my Realtor, she became a special friend. I highly recommend Irene Slattery and the Michael Saunders Company for anyone looking to sell their home or property quickly and efficiently. Jeanne Storch

Irene was so helpful with any questions we had as first time buyers. She made sure we had all the information we needed during the inspection period and met with the contractors to ensure everything was done correctly. She was there every step of the way and we are so happy we chose Irene with Micheal Saunders & Co. Definitely will be referring her to anyone looking to sell or buy their property! Thank you!

Working with Irene was a true pleasure. She is attentive, efficient, and more than helpful. The time we spent together never felt rushed or pressured and she was always happy to answer any questions I had. I have worked with other realtors in the past but Irene brings a level professionalism that I hadn't gotten elsewhere. She really took the time to get to know myself and my family so that she could help us find a home we loved. Highly recommend!

Thank you for selecting me for the Lemon Bay Conservancy Elsie Bracken Environmental Science Scholarship. My family and I are extremely grateful for your generosity. I will be putting this scholarship to good use in my upcoming school year. I have just competed my final week of senior year and looking forward to starting a new chapter of my life. Even with the restrictions Covid has put in place, this academic year has proven to be my most successful. Being at Lemon Bay High School has greatly shaped me over the years. I am proud to say that I am both much more educated and much more mature than I was when I first entered the school. I have also met many new people who have served as both crucial supports and crucial lessons. I see the present as a time to keep my beloved friends and family close, as I am about to begin the next chapter of my life. I am excited to continue my education with your aid and prepare for my future career in environmental science. I will be studying at the Tampa campus of USF starting this fall. I am looking forward to a new beginning. I hope to work alongside other passionate individuals in conservation. Again, I am honored to be receiving this scholarship. Thank you for your generosity. Sincerely, Talon Bottenfield

First I would like to say that I never write reviews. I'm not on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media. I have to say that I originally hired another well know agency. After 3 1/2 months I only received one low ball offer. I then hired Irene Slattery from Michael Saunders & Company. Right away I saw a complete difference in professionalism. A professional photographer was hired by Irene. Wow, it was like they were producing a music video and the house was the star. Irene's communication and knowledge just outstanding. It takes a lot for me to take time out of my busy day to write this. I would highly recommend Irene and Michael Sanders if you want your house sold. What the other agency was not able to accomplish in 3 1/2 months Irene did in one day. Yes, Irene sold my house in one day. I'm results driven...….she has it! Chris W.
