Irene was so helpful with any questions we had as first time buyers. Working with Irene was a true pleasure. She is attentive, efficient, and more than helpful. I have worked with other realtors in the past but Irene brings a level professionalism that I hadn't gotten elsewhere. Thank you for selecting me for the Lemon Bay Conservancy Elsie Bracken Environmental Science Scholarship. My family and I are extremely grateful for your generosity. I will be putting this scholarship to good use in my upcoming school year. I have just competed my final week of senior year and looking forward to starting a new chapter of my life. Even with the restrictions Covid has put in place, this academic year has proven to be my most successful. Being at Lemon Bay High School has greatly shaped me over the years. I am proud to say that I am both much more educated and much more mature than I was when I first entered the school. I have also met many new people who have served as both crucial supports and crucial lessons. I see the present as a time to keep my beloved friends and family close, as I am about to begin the next chapter of my life. I am excited to continue my education with your aid and prepare for my future career in environmental science. I will be studying at the Tampa campus of USF starting this fall. I am looking forward to a new beginning. I hope to work alongside other passionate individuals in conservation. Again, I am honored to be receiving this scholarship. Thank you for your generosity. First I would like to say that I never write reviews. I'm not on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media. I have to say that I originally hired another well know agency. After 3 1/2 months I only received one low ball offer. I then hired Irene Slattery from Michael Saunders & Company. Right away I saw a complete difference in professionalism. A professional photographer was hired by Irene. Wow, it was like they were producing a music video and the house was the star. Irene's communication and knowledge just outstanding. It takes a lot for me to take time out of my busy day to write this. I would highly recommend Irene and Michael Sanders if you want your house sold. What the other agency was not able to accomplish in 3 1/2 months Irene did in one day. Yes, Irene sold my house in one day. I'm results driven...….she has it! Chris W.

The importance of engaging with the right realtor to conduct and market the sale of property is an important decision . Thankfully l made the right choice in engaging the services of Irene.
