Ron was extremely helpful to us in getting Mom's house ready to sell. The house hadn't been "lived in" for several years and we found many unexpected repairs that were needed. Ron was able to give us several suggestions on reliable, reasonable repair options. We also had a great deal of items to get rid of, as well as, cleaning to do. Ron, again, was so helpful suggesting the White Glove Goodwill Service and offered to have the house cleaned before listing it. His help continued once we left FL and came home. Ron coordinated the Goodwill pick up and the actual mover's picking up items being moved to Mom's home in WI. Then when the house went on the market, it sold in less than 48hrs due to Ron's commitment to get Mom's house sold for her. It's stressful enough having to break your home, go through cherished memories, pack, etc - but Ron made everything so easy! He also was an excellent communicator during the entire process. We would give him a 5 plus for the service he gave us.

Ron is such a great realtor. Checks the comps in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, so that you are well informed as to what is available and at what price. He has helped us with selling and buying two houses and we couldn't be happier with his services. Thank you Ron for a job well done, and always going the extra mile.

I was so very pleased with the way your company handled the recent sale of my home in Englewood. The sale of my property could not have gone any smoother. Thank you. It is a privilege to tell you, why? Your assigned sales agent was created or born to associate with and enjoy people. I was informed by him of yesterday, today and also tomorrow. His information was always accurate and timely. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable with any issues. Every meeting was on time and productive. There was never a delay responding to my phone calls or correspondence.Understand, he was as social and productive with our buyer. To us, this is very important. We wanted the new owners to enjoy the house and but it with comfort. They were very happy with him and with the sale. He is a unique and warm individual. A pleasure to know.

Ron was so easy to work with and able to change directions whenever we threw a change his way. My husband and I often don't agree on things and Ron found a property that fit most of what each of us wanted. He will also be present for the home inspection and the closing so we don't have to make special trips from Wisconsin. We will definitely refer Ron to others who are looking for a new home in the future and feel confident that he will provide them with the best service possible also.

I would like to share my experience with Mr. Ron Paul. Ron was the seller's realtor when I bought 958 Osceola Blvd., he was also my realtor finally. He'd initiated to help me for remodling my house from the beginning till totally completed. He'd been treating my house like treating his own house, because he wanted me to have a beautiful and sweet home in US. However I'm not US resident, so I made my tough decision to sell my beautiful house and back to stay in my own country eventually. Ron is a very responsible, reliable, honest, diligent person, I'm so blessed and lucky to have him as my realtor and friend. Thanks God and thanks Ron so much! May God bless anyone who is in needed!!
