I highly recommend Stuart Lawrence. I have bought and sold many properties of all price ranges in Sarasota over the past 50 years and have never met a more organized and knowledgeable realtor. He was prepared with information on the properties He showed me and was quick to point out all the pluses as well as the minuses. I felt He helped the seller and myself very fairly during the price negotiation. I would certainly use Him again as a buyer or sellers agent.

Stuart was wonderful in getting us the right information and access to the houses we wanted to look at in our time frame, which was last minute. He dropped everything he was doing and worked us in his schedule and stayed up into the early morning hours to write up the contract to buy the house. I would recommend him to all

Stuart has done a great job of working with my parents to sell their second home in Bradenton. It was no easy task as my Mom is a 25 yr retired Realtor! He was very professional and respectful that she knew how it all goes. They received an offer on their house when he was out of town attending his daughter’s wedding overseas, but stayed on top of the situation and we now have a deal! He has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to others. Wish I had one like him in Nashville!

We met Stuart at an open house in May of 2017 when we were exploring homes, trying to decide on an area that we wanted to be in. Stuart's charming personality immidiately made us feel that we had found a broker that had our best interest at heart. We have been full circle with Stuart from the pros and cons of the different areas, to new construction vs resale, to the amenities and features of the neighborhoods we were considering, etc. Through the whole process, Stuart made it clear that our satisfaction and happiness was much more important to him than the sale itself. In our opinion, Stuarts professionalism, experience, and knowledge of the area, make him an idea broker to navigate anyone looking for a home.
