Good morning, First of all, this email is well past due. Lisa Sebastian and Debra Pitell-Hauge did a fantastic job assisting me in finding the perfect home in Sarasota. In March, I was on vacation and decided to move to Sarasota on a whim. My sister, who has a condo in the same complex as Lisa, referred me to her. I primarily dealt with Lisa, but I know that Debra was assisting. Lisa took the time to sit down and listen to what I wanted. They printed out at least 30 listings. In addition, they sent me properties via email. They were very attentive to all of my emails, text messages and calls. Their level of communication is phenomenal! Lisa was always available to show me properties and gave great feedback. I was able to find a home and place an offer within 7 days of looking. How fantastic was that! I truly believe I wouldn’t have had the same experience with anyone else. I live in Louisville, KY and had a very opposite experience with a realator here- both with buying and selling a home. Since I had to come back to Louisville, they were there for the home inspection, advised of homeowners insurance agents to use, communicated with the HOA, utilities information, and walked me through all of the steps. There was so much that they did, I’m probably missing something. After the closing they shared a plumber and advised of a security system. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a realator! One more thing I’d like to mention. I had a massive ear infection during the process and continued illness when I got home. My husband and I have purchased and sold a unit in Promenade Condominiums this past summer, as well as recently purchased a unit in Tangerine Bay closing this past September 17. During each of the purchases and closing, we have worked closely with Debra Pitell-Hauge and Lisa Sebastian from beginning to end of the transaction. 1/12/2022Last spring, our daughter, Kris Bagley, and her husband decided to move to Sarasota from Orlando. In choosing a realtor, I suggested Debra Pitell-Hauge. She had recently worked with close friends of ours in selling their waterfront home and relocating to a villa. They were verypositive in their evaluation of her abilities.Because Kris found a teaching position here, she has been living with us since last August when the new school year began. So we have been a part of the process of finding an appropriate new home with Debra and Lisa Sebastion.Together they made and outstanding team – very professional and thorough in guiding Kris through this process. Debra shared her years of knowledge and experience. And Lisa’s energetic approach to immediate follow-up and detail work was immaculate. From the moment we were introduced to Lisa we knew we were in good hands. Lisa was in charge of many of the logistical details of completing the sale of our condo and was one of the most thorough people we have ever met. We were very impressed with her ability to keep us apprised of every detail that needed to be addressed and to follow through to see each item successfully completed. Lisa was our liaison with the Beachplace administration, our rental agency, our lawyer, the Town of Longboat Key, and the prospective buyers among others, and saved us hours of time that could have been spent on the phone navigating the administrative details of selling our property.We had a specific picture in the condo that held sentimental value for us and Lisa went above and beyond to locate the said picture, remove it from the condo and relocate it to our home in Sarasota. It seemed that any request we made or any detail that needed to be addressed was executed in a timely manner and no request was outside of her scope of ability. Lisa was very cognizant of the fact that we were trying to execute this sale from Canada and she was able to decrease our level of anxiety greatly.

Debra kept us apprised of the real estate news and sent us listings that she felt were comparable to our unit. She knew that it was a seller’s market and suggested a price that we could probably get for our unit. My husband and I both thought it was way overpriced but we also felt that Debra knew her stuff and so we agreed to list for 90 days to see what would happen. After only hours of being listed, we couldn’t believe it when Debra brought us a full-price cash offer with no conditions! We were “gobsmacked” to say the least that Debra had delivered exactly what she had promised. We couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, detail-oriented agent to initiate, proceed through the details and conclude this sale than Debra. She succeeded where others had failed to sell our property and we only wish we had met her sooner! When others ask us to recommend an agent to buy or sell their property, Debra is the person we will suggest.
