We had an incredibly positive experience with this highly knowledgeable, articulate, and enthusiastic team. After our first conversation about what we were looking for and the parameters of the budget, they got to work quickly to accommodate our restrictive schedule and put together a number of properties for us to tour the following day. Bruce and Jenine are extremely personable and engaging, and it was a pleasure to spend the day with them; we were very glad to have their different perspectives and, by the end of the day, we knew we’d found our perfect place. They were also very helpful in recommending cleaners and a painter and assured us that they would be available going forward to make other such recommendations. We have heard from them a couple times since the closing; they have followed up to be sure that the vendors they recommended worked to our satisfaction, and to ask if they could be of any further assistance. Should we have need of a realtor in the future, we would absolutely contact Bruce and Jenine again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others; it was a genuine pleasure to work with them! .

We first met Bruce & Jenine 7 years ago when we were buying our first home. They were wonderful, so wonderful that we we needed to downsize we used them again. They are honest, friendly and helpful. I could not have been more pleased with the service that I recieved from Bruce Meyer. I felt that he went above and beyond the duties of an agent. It was not an easy decision to consider leaving Longboat Key after nearly 25 years. I had been well informed of Bruce's excellent reputation and I did not hesitate in handing him the responsibility of my home sale. I was more than pleased with my decision! Everything was handled promptly and most definitely to my satisfaction, especially as I was away in another country at the time.
