George performed in an outstanding manner as a realtor for us. We also grew to value him for his great character. He held or arranged for several open houses for our property. He thought of many ways to improve its attractiveness. He took several initiatives on his own, after consulting us, to market it. He spent a great deal of his own time working for a sale for us. My experience with George Kohlar and Michael Saunders & Company was absolutely excellent! I felt complete confidence in George from the moment we met until the final day. He was totally professional, yet warm and friendly. As an elderly woman on my own, I relied upon him for his advice and guidance which turned out to be right on track as my condo sold in two weeks, even though there were twelve others for sale in the community. Just a quick note to, once again, to thank you for your capable assistance with our most recentthe transaction with you & Michael Saunders Co., in the sale of our condo on Siesta Key. Your assistance two years earlier with the purchase of the same condo, was also most appreciated. Your professionalism was always evident. The purchaser and sale of our other condo, several years ago, was also executed by both you and Michael Saunders & Company, in a very professional way. However, I think you definitely went above and beyond in attending to our defunct refrigerator, with cleanup, in that transaction. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking to sell, or buy, a property in the Sarasota & surrounding area.

George Kolar is a seller's dream. He is very conscientious and most professional, and his attention to detail is beyond reproach. George made sure that the pictures taken of our home for the Michael Saunders website, and the staging of our home, were done to perfection!
