Megg and her husband Ralph did an outstanding job of representing and selling my home in Holmes Beach. They simply did a super job in preparing the house to make it attractive in all respects. The photos, both aerial and ground level, were very professionally done and showed my house in the very best light. Their marketing was outstanding! Megg and Ralph thoroughly researched the market in order to arrive at a recommended price that was realistic in all respects and resulted in a very fast sale at an excellent price. I was very impressed by their friendly professionalism and commitment to do the best job possible in representing me as the seller and closing the sale with the buyer. I highly recommend Megg and Ralph to be your realtor.

Ralph Faillace is definitely a five star realtor. He took the time to listen to my ideas about the housing I was looking for in terms of the unit itself, the neighborhood, and a price range I could afford. He created an itinerary of units to see which met my specifications, and on the first trip out I found exactly what I wanted. He has kept in touch with me throughout the process and kept me calm while I waited for the condo board's decision on my application. His guidance made the home buying process much easier, and his suggestions have been very helpful. It's been a pleasure to work with him.

Mary and I have been looking for home for over a year. Megg and Ralph have gone out of their way to help us find a good location and a good house. We seem to be very picky people and I'm happy to say that Megg and Ralph continue to help us find a home. One cannot ask for any more than what they have given us. I clearly recommend this wonderful team to help you find or sell your home.

Ralph and Megg were fantastic. Ralph is kind of funny too! My sisters and I were out of state sellers, and the Faillace team kept us in the loop and took care of any and all issues that came up while we were working to sell our Mother's condo from Texas. A Texas sized "YeeHaw!" goes out to Ralph and Megg! Kimberly D
