Hannah was nice, well spoken but As a real estate agent you also have to disclose everything on a property you’re selling. Well being first time home buyers you would hope you could trust the real estate agent selling the house and that you’d be told everything, good and bad about the property. We will now know in the future Not to trust so easily, Hannah didn’t disclose everything about the house we bought, good and bad, and what it implicated, being a homeowner herself. Very disappointed. Won’t trust Michael Saunders company ever again.

Hannah Hillyard of Michael Saunders & Company sold our home in Holmes Beach quickly and efficiently. Hannah arranged an attractive video and wrote enticing verbiage for display on the internet. She created a colorful brochure and placed advertising for our home in prominent spots in our local newspaper. Through Michael Saunders & Company, Hannah had contact with international buyers and locally her network of potential buyers is impressive. She is very organized and took care of such details as making copies of our survey. When she talked with a developer, she was prepared with the information they would want.The following are examples of how Hannah goes “over the top” and becomes the best of the best:We are a retired couple, selling our home of forty years and moving to an assisted living community. Throughout the process, Hannah has been sensitive and empathetic to the stress that involves.During the recent flooding in Arkansas, Hannah had to fly home to attend to her family and family property. But during the short time she was away, she kept watch on the activity involved with our house and called us frequently.Now the house is sold, Hannah is still helping us. George Myers and Hannah Hillyard did a great job handling the sale of our beach vacation home on Anna Maria. They were completely professional in every aspect in getting us to the finish line. Hello my name is Jennifer C. My husband Domenico and I had the pleasure of working with George Myers and Hannah Hillyard as our Realtors. We had a home that was beautiful but we needed it to fall into the right hands to sell it for us.We are very good friends with George and Hannah and knew they both had a fabulous eye for design and were very hard working people. The phrase “show me the money” comes to mind… remember that movie with Tom Cruise as the football agent (chic-flick)? You have shown me the money! I want to thank you and Hannah for all of your hard work and patience with both me and Greg over the last 9 months. Working with Michael Saunders has been a totally professional engagement.
