What a Great Team these professionals make! I just happened to be out looking at house with Maurice and found our Dream Home. Lin And Maurice were excellent! We moved from New York, we knew the laws were different and the buying process was different but, they informed us of other differences we had not considered, (one example: insurance) which was good to know. These guys listened to everything that we asked for in a house, such as location, our life style, and expectations. We found what we wanted. They are a great team.

We would like to acknowledge Lin Dunn and Maurice Menager, who were so wonderful to work with. Not only were they very professional and extremely knowledegable, but so very friendly and personable. Lin and Maurice gave us a tour of Sarasota, the various neighborhoods, activities to do and restaurants, and helped us fall in love with the area. When we found the house we wanted, Lin and Maurice worked diligently to help us get it. They kept us informed and updated, almost on a daily basis regarding the process through closing. Having made our move to Sarasota and absolutely loving it and our new home, it wouldn't have happened as easily as it did without the expertise of Lin and Maurice. Maurice is professional, communicates/articulates every step of the process...even better sold the home quickly!!! I was most impressed with the detailed marketing photos and brochures the most professional quality I have ever seen.
