Jennifer was AMAZING!!!!!!! She was always readily available to show us the houses we had on our list and others we were not aware of. She kept in constant with us and answered any questions we had in regards to the closing process. As first time homeowners she kept us at ease and was extremely patient with us. We highly recommend her.

Jennifer is PHENOMINAL! I needed my home sold FAST with alot of side issues to contend with financially. She had it listed and SOLD in record time without any hassle! She handled all the side issues leaving me as stress free as possible and truly cares about every detail being in place. Our next big move is Florida. Dan and I are sincerely GRATEFUL she is there as I know I already have a FABULOUS realtor ready for me when I get there! Absolutely OUTSTANDING service!!

Bar Nun, Jennifer is the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She has practically adopted my wife and myself as a family member. Anytime I have a question or problem, I call her and if she doesn’t answer immediately, she responds within just minutes (unless she’s on a airplane! ??LOL). She is amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of her and her abilities. Anyone who uses a realtor other then Jennifer is simply making a huge mistake!

She was amazing from start to finish. She negotiated to a fantastic price for me. I am a single mother that was able to purchase the perfect home for my children, myself and our horses because of Jennifer. She was even knowledge about the loan pro ess and helped me through that. She is an amazing person. Highly highly recommend her. There is no one better.

Immediately after meeting and talking with Jennifer, I could see she was the real deal. She listened to my goals about selling my home, and payed attention to the challenges I presented her. She was honest and forthcoming with what was realistic, as well as what needed to be done to get us to that price point. She gave herself to the process even though some communications literally came from her in a hospital bed. She kept me on task and on track with my end of our process, and made it a seamless sale for me. I would definitely recommend Jennifer if you are interested is buying or selling a home in Campbell County.

House went on the market and was under contract for an acceptable price within a week. Jennifer and her team did a remarkable job getting the house in condition to show and in getting the property exposure. This was a high end home that had been on the market twice within the past two years and not sold. Excellent all around performance!
