We purchased our first home from two absolutely wonderful agents, Denise & Nicole. They took such great care of us when we were in the market to rent a home, then we decided to switch gears and search for homes to buy. When we fell in love with a beautiful home, they quickly went to work submitting our offer and negotiating our interests. Ms. Mei had the answers before we raised the questions. When we did have a concern, she responded in record time. At every step, Denise served with courtesy, professionalism, unbounded energy, humor and optimism. When it came time to act, Denise gave us the push we needed: she wrote the contract to ensure a win for us and submitted it without delay. We could not be more satisfied.

For over a month, Denise worked to help us find a property and then guided me through the ups and downs to close the property. We knew from the start Denise was a very special person and very enthusiastic about her profession. We talked for quite a while about the style of house we wanted. We just wanted to say thank you and compliment one of Michael Saunders Realtors for doing an outstanding job with our property search and purchase. Our first visit to the Gulf Coast 3 weeks ago was very productive. In just one and a half days we checked numerous properties and were able to narrow our search.
