Philip and his partner Wayne are the best! Every question I had, every phone call or text I sent......all answered with the utmost patience and clear answers. He even helped me sell some of my furniture. First rate service. I loved my home and it was hard for me to put it on the market but Philip and Wayne encouraged me and confirmed that I was doing the right thing for me at this time in my life.

The best realtor in Florida! I couldn’t have found a better realtor for the purchase of my home in Florida. I met Philip at an open house and when I found another house for sale in the same neighborhood I called him with a request for photos of the house because they weren’t online yet. He went to the house a few hours later and toured the inside and out with photos and video. After I went back home out of state I had to really ask for a lot of help and advice when I wanted to make an offer. He was super helpful in getting me through the offer process. There were eight offers total and I got the house! He was so nice every step of the way and stayed in contact with me all the time. Buying a home is very stressful and he really eased my concerns. He is very responsive and returned my calls right away. Philip is a great realtor with a wonderful friendly personality. I have another family member who will need a house in the fall and you know I’ve already recommended Philip. If I ever decide to sell he will be my first call.

True Professional! We needed help in selling my father's condo in Long Boat Key, FL while at the same time moving him into a new assisted living community and with me being in northern Minnesota. A reasonably complicated deal with a lot of moving parts and we needed someone to take care of "everything", just tell me what needed to be done and when. The transaction went off without a hitch and Philip seamlessly took out all the hassle, was on top of everything, listened and communicated effectively, coordinated all the parties, ect, ect, ect! We met Philip more than a year ago prior to our relocation to Sarasota, Florida. Although our relocation was delayed, Philip kept us informed of available properties within our criteria. Once we completed the relocation we sat with Philip and outlined a strategy. We touched on 70 properties in about a six week time frame including basic inquiry to making an offer. At no time did Philip allow us to become discouraged! He kept up our spirits and reinforced that we have not yet located the right property. And he was right; the property we found was love at first sight! From offer to contract to closing there was not a single bit of confusion or anything that caused us concern. We could not be more thrilled with Philip Pisano and highly recommend him as YOUR next realtor!

We are a Michigan based couple who recently engaged the help of Philip to look for a specific high end waterfront property in Sarasota. We have owned many homes over our lives and dealt with many real estate agents. Through many experiences my view of agents was politely not of the highest regard. That is until we collaborated with Philip. He made a nerve-racking experience extremely calming with his very organized and detailed approach to our search. After patiently and methodically showing us properties we finally became interested in a waterfront condo that met our requirements. As a previous business owner I am very detail oriented individual. Some would say a pain in the a**. Philip not only answered all my questions but also contacted condo management personnel and even sought out current residents to investigate my questions and concerns. He even took a picture of a bike rack in the garage when I was worried if there was enough bike storage capability. Bottom line if you’re interested in Sarasota real estate and do not want your average run-of-the-mill real estate agent this is your guy !!!!

Beyond Expectations Philip was a pleasure to work with. Through each phase of the process, Philip was calm, confident, helpful, and honest. He gently gave recommendations on initial pricing, responses to offers, responses to inspections, and appointments. He timely communicated with me each step of the way.
