Selling a family home is a very emotional event! My mother passed away and my family grieved after her home sold, which was the life blood of my children, grandchildren and I for almost forty years, it was traumatic. Deborah Beacham did a great job, she communicated with my son who handled my mother’s estate. The end result however sad for me and my family were handled without a flaw by Deborah.

Deborah Beacham recently listed and sold our home at 945 Casey Key Road in six days! She was amazing in her professional, positive, ethical and expedient manner. It was not an easy task as there were multiple family members involved from different parts of the country with different personalities and Deborah kept everyone involved and informed with up to the minute developments. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of a transaction. I have bought and sold properties before and this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had from start to finish. Deborah Beacham is an expert in her field.

I probably do not need to tell you how overwhelming purchasing your first home can be. Deborah helped me to sort through the hundreds of properties that Sarasota had to offer, arranged for me to see those I had interest in, and above all, found the perfect home for my dogs and me.
