Sandy Limberger is a Five Star agent. I thought I was ready to sell my home and buy a new one. My husband had passed away and I decided to down size. Through a friend I met Sandy and we started the process and then I could not follow thru with it. Sandy was very understanding and comforting and felt like a friend and not an agent. When the time comes right I will be calling Sandy. She is very sweet, kind and understanding. Michael Saunders & Company has the best agent.

Sandy is hands down the best realtor I've ever dealt with! She knows her market and is great at assisting with the little details an out of town buyer struggles with. I bought a condo and she assisted in getting information from the association, the management company and the sellers, who were European. Choose Sandy and you'll have a pleasant buying experience!

I called Sandy to see a property because Michael Saunders was the agent and I had worked with her in the past. Sandy exceeds expectations in all categories...there are so many things she has done for me over the past several years! She always takes the extra step like surveying prospective homes and personally takeing pictures of all the good and areas of concern as well as detailed analysis of area and market data! I will probably buy in that area and Sandy will be the only person I deal with and she is a real jewel and I appreciate her! She is such a asset to your company! If she was in Virginia Beach, I would try and hire her!
