A resident of the Sarasota area for 31 years, Carol Aviles moved here from Minnesota, where she still visits and has family members. She is well-acquainted with the waterfront and the keys, having worked in this area for many years. Carol is currently a resident of Lakewood Ranch for 11 years, but has also lived in both Bradenton and Sarasota. Since moving here in 1980, she has watched the area change and grow into the large and wonderful community it is today.

Since raising two sons in this area, Carol has become an expert on the school systems and neighborhoods in either Sarasota or Bradenton, where a family might want to relocate.
