Prior to becoming a Michael Saunders & Co Realtor®, Cassie Yeager spent 13 years serving in the Army as a Training and Logistics Non-Commissioned Officer. She always dreamed of becoming a Soldier and was the only member of her generation to carry on the tradition of serving, as her father and both her maternal and paternal grandfathers did. Cassie’s time in the Army taught her how to have a positive mindset d... more.uring difficult situations, take control of situations, communicate quickly and effectively, negotiate, and manage a huge number of moving pieces with grace – skills that have translated well into her role as a Realtor®.

With a desire to help people achieve their dream of home ownership, Cassie became a licensed Realtor® in 2021. She won the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee County’s Newcomer of the Year award, achieved the National Association of REALTORS® Green designation, earned the Realtors® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsement, earned the National Association of Realtors® Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) Endorsement, and is a Certified Waterfront Specialist.

Cassie provides customized concierge service to all her clients, and her clear and effective communication, sharp negotiation tactics, and customer loyalty help her create quick and easy transactions with the best possible outcomes for all. It’s important to her that customers know they are heard and valued. An example of how Cassie puts her values to work is when she saved a single mother from foreclosure and negotiated 20% over asking price to make sure this single mom had a nest egg to become financially stable.

Cassie is known for her sense of loyalty, commitment, kindness, and dependability. She enjoys donating her time and formerly served as the president-elect for Heroes Welcome Home, a program that helps veterans in Sarasota and Manatee Counties with housing-related needs. Cassie belongs to the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee County where she serves as the vice-chair of the RPAC committee and is a member of the Professional Development committee, as well as a member of the Florida Realtors® Board of Directors.

Cassie resides in the Bradenton area and loves participating in the many fun community events that take place year-round. She was drawn to the natural beauty of the area, the warm weather and being able to golf pretty much all the time. Her daughter, Kaitlyn is a senior at Colorado State University, and her son, James, is a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. Her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Lacey supervises the household while Cassie is out selling homes.
