Charlene Griffith moved to Lakewood Ranch in 2002 from Kalamazoo, Michigan. After earning her Florida Real Estate License in 2003, she immediately went to work for one of the area’s best-known builder and developers. While specializing in new home sales, she earned the Certified Sales Professional designation (CSP), and was recognized by the Home Builders Association’s Million Dollar Circle award for over three consecutive years with sales in excess of $50 million.

In 2008, Charlene participated in the opening of Country Club East for Gibraltar Homes, where she met and conversed with thousands of home buyers. This experience encouraged her to broaden the services she provided her clients, and she transitioned into the resale market in 2009. Her background in new home sales has taught the importance of stellar customer service and given her a keen knowledge of home construction.

Charlene recently received the Five-Star Real Estate Agent Best in Client Satisfaction Award in 2010, 2011 and 2012. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Manatee Association of Realtors (MAR), an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

Charlene is a professional who believes in honesty, integrity and customer service. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers in both Manatee and Sarasota counties.
