“There is no better feeling in the world than making homeownership a reality for my clients.”
A Realtor® for 15 years, Cheryl's primary goal has always been to focus on clear and timely communication with her clients. She’s known to have a knack for listening and assessing her buyers’ and sellers’ needs right away to achieve the best possible purchasing experience. Her second priority is to build a las... more.ting lifetime relationship with each and every one of her customers, aiming to be nothing less than their “Realtor for Life”.
Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Cheryl was affiliated for 6 years with a highly respected team at Remax Alliance Group. During this time, she was instrumental in gaining extensive property knowledge throughout the Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice areas. She also specializes in new construction, investment properties, resales, and finding the perfect dream home whether you are moving down the street or relocating from another part of the world.
Cheryl takes great pride in being a Florida resident since 1986. She originally moved here from a small town in Wisconsin where corn fields were as common to the scenery as the beaches of Casey Key. While in Florida, she helped run a family motel business and later joined the Herald Tribune for 10 years where she was a sales representative in the advertising and marketing department. It became a natural fit for her in 2002 to become a licensed Realtor® and a few years later, obtained her Broker's license. To better assist her customers with new construction, she obtained two certifications, Residential Construction Certified and Certified New Home Specialist. She is also a Florida Commission Notary.
Cheryl met her husband in 1998 and together they raised their daughter and son in the Venice area and are proud to share that, as young adults, they both have successful careers. After a couple years as empty nesters, their apricot miniature poodle found his way into their hearts. In their spare time, you'll find them most often at the dog beach watching a sunset, socializing at the dog park, or on his daily walks through the neighborhood.
