Dennis spent many years in Southwest and Central Florida before moving to Las Vegas, and he is happy to be back. He returned to the Suncoast in 2021 and joined Michael Saunders & Company as a Broker-Associate. He is eager to contribute his real estate experience, skills, and knowledge to helping residents achieve their real estate goals. Dennis particularly enjoys assisting current and retired military families in finding their dream home and loves working with waterfront properties.

With a background in marketing and advertising and his hardworking, dedicated and positive nature, Dennis has achieved a great track record of successful real estate outcomes. He is an expert at listening to customers and discerning their needs and goals and then diligently pursing them. Dennis loves living in Sarasota County and has family in the area, too. He believes the semi-tropical, lush environment, beaches, water access and friendly communities can’t be beat.
