After graduating Western Michigan University, he decided to forge his own path brokering the sales of investment properties such as apartments, shopping centers and office buildings. In 2009, Evan began putting his real estate knowledge towards residential transactions, where he was consistently in the top 5% of his state and county.
Now residing in Sarasota, Evan is utilizing his skills, knowledge and expertise in residential real estate to help others find their dream home on the Suncoast. He believes when you make your client a priority, the rest falls into place. Evan also knows that honesty, respect, resilience and excellent communication are key traits to being a successful real estate agent. He loves seeing the ecstatic faces of buyers when they get keys to their new home and sellers when their home has successfully sold.
